Oct. 6 (Bloomberg) -- The Australian and New Zealand dollars fell versus their U.S. and Japanese counterparts.
The so-called Aussie dropped to 96.27 U.S. cents at 2:22 p.m. in Sydney from 96.59 cents yesterday in New York. It declined to 73.91 yen from 74.17. New Zealand’s currency slid to 76.34 U.S. cents from 76.62, and to 58.59 yen from 58.84.
