Oct. 4 (Bloomberg) -- Thailand’s core inflation won’t exceed the target this year because of government measures that lowered fuel prices, central bank Governor Prasarn Trairatvorakul said today.
Bank of Thailand recently sold dollars to prevent excessive volatility, he told reporters in Bangkok today.
“We have sold dollars, but not much,” he said. “We tried to prevent excessive movement.”
