Oct. 4 (Bloomberg) -- Richards Bay Coal Terminal Chief Executive Officer Raymond Chirwa plans to resign tomorrow, Johannesburg-based online news agency Miningmx said, citing unidentified people in the industry.

Chirwa’s mobile phone and Richards Bay office line were on voicemail when Bloomberg News called. Spokeswoman Zama Luthuli couldn’t immediately comment when Bloomberg reached her on her mobile phone today.
