MGIC’s Koepfgen Steps Down From Board to Focus on Janus Duty

Oct. 4 (Bloomberg) -- MGIC Investment Corp., the largest U.S. mortgage insurer, said Bruce Koepfgen is stepping down from the board of directors.

He is leaving because of his new duties as chief financial officer of Janus Capital Group Inc., the Milwaukee-based insurer said today in a regulatory filing.
