Gecina Says Clamageran to Step Down as CEO, Cites Differences

Oct. 4 (Bloomberg) -- Gecina SA’s board said Christophe Clamageran will step down from his position as chief executive officer, citing “differences concerning the priorities for the implementation of Gecina’s strategy.”

The board named Chairman Bernard Michel as its new chairman and chief executive officer, Gecina said in an e-mailed statement today.
