Finland Plans to Borrow EU1.4 Billion to Pay ESM Capital Share

Oct. 4 (Bloomberg) -- Finland plans to borrow 1.4 billion euros to pay for its share of the capital for Europe’s permanent rescue mechanism under the collateral deal agreed on yesterday, the Finance Ministry said in a document handed out to reporters in Helsinki today.
