Bailey Says Unwininding Big Banks Would Require Public Money

Oct. 4 (Bloomberg) -- The U.K.’s legal framework for bank resolution “doesn’t have the ability to resolve large banks without using public money” Andrew Bailey, director of U.K. banking supervision at the Financial Services Authority, said in a speech in Oxford, England today.
