Oct. 3 (Bloomberg) -- Stallergenes named Roberto Gradnik as deputy chief executive officer and said he will become CEO from Jan. 1, 2012.

Current Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Albert Saporta will become non-executive chairman from the same date at his own request, the company said in an e-mailed statement today.
