Oct. 4 (Bloomberg) -- Luxembourg’s Jean-Claude Juncker, who leads the group of euro-area finance ministers, said the group unanimously appointed German Deputy Finance Minister Joerg Asmussen as the replacement for Juergen Stark on the European Central Bank’s Executive Board. He spoke to reporters in Luxembourg today.
