Oct. 4 (Bloomberg) -- Fletcher Building Ltd. said that Mark Binns, chief executive officer of its infrastructure division, resigned in a statement today. Binns has accepted the position of chief executive officer of energy company Meridian Energy Ltd, according to the statement.
