Oct. 3 (Bloomberg) -- A spokesperson for incoming European Central Bank President Mario Draghi rejected a Der Spiegel article saying he didn’t oppose granting a banking licence to Europe’s temporary rescue fund.
The spokesperson said the Spiegel report is not accurate as Draghi had never commented on the matter. The spokesperson declined to be identified in line with Bank of Italy ground rules.
