Oct. 3 (Bloomberg) -- Distribuidora Internacional de Alimentacion SA said it bought back 1.47 million shares from Sept. 27 through Oct. 3 at an average price of 2.78 euros to 3.02 euros a share. It commented in a regulatory filing today.
