Alam Sutera Declines in Jakarta After Report on Bond Sale Delay

Oct. 3 (Bloomberg) -- PT Alam Sutera Realty fell in Jakarta trading after Bisnis Indonesia reported the property developer may postpone plans to issue about 1.1 trillion rupiah ($122 million) of dollar bonds this year because of market conditions.

Alam Sutera lost 5.2 percent to 365 rupiah as of 11:28 a.m. local time, set for its steepest drop since Sept. 22. President Director Tri Ramadi couldn’t be reached when called at his office in Jakarta to confirm the report.
