Greek 2011, 2012 Budget Agreed With Troika, Official Says

Oct. 2 (Bloomberg) -- Greece’s budget plans for this year and next year have been finalised and agreed with the so-called troika of inspectors from the European Union, International Monetary Fund and European Central Bank, a government official said.

The troika believes the labor reserve system being put in place will result in structural changes to the functioning of the state, said the official, who declined to be named.
