Greece 2012 Budget Deficit Seen at 6.8% of GDP, Ministry Says

Oct. 2 (Bloomberg) -- Greece’s Cabinet approved a 2012 draft budget which sees a deficit of 6.8 percent of GDP, or 14.7 billion euros, compared with a deficit expected this year of 8.5 percent of GDP, or 18.7 billion euros, according to an e-mailed statement from the Athens-based Finance Ministry today.
