Oct. 1 (Bloomberg) -- Prices in Istanbul, Turkey’s biggest city, rose 0.82 percent in September, the city’s chamber of commerce said.
Annual inflation in Istanbul slowed to 6.1 percent in the month from 6.7 percent in August, the chamber said today in an e-mailed statement. Turkey’s state statistics agency will announce nationwide price data for September on Oct. 3.
