Russia’s Sunflower Seed Prices Fell 3.8% This Week, SovEcon Says

Sept. 30 (Bloomberg) -- Russia’s sunflower seed prices fell 3.8 percent to 11,475 rubles ($356) a metric ton this week, SovEcon said on its website today.

Fourth-grade milling wheat fell 1.6 percent to 6,000 rubles a ton and third-grade wheat dropped 1.2 percent to 6,125 rubles a ton. Feed wheat was offered at 5,150 rubles a ton, or 1 percent lower than last week, the Moscow-based researcher said. Feed barley gained 1.9 percent to 5,350 rubles a ton, and milling rye was unchanged at 4,200 rubles a ton, it said.
