Sept. 30 (Bloomberg) -- OAO Polymetal gained for the first day in three after the Russian silver and gold producer announced plans to move its primary listing to London.
The shares rose as much as 3.7 percent and traded 1.1 higher at 536.4 rubles by 10:19 a.m. Moscow.
Polymetal International Plc aims to acquire 100 percent of Russian-registered OAO Polymetal as it moves its primary listing to London, the company said in a statement today.
