Sept. 30 (Bloomberg) -- Greek Prime Minister George Papandreou says he held “constructive” talks with French President Nicolas Sarkozy today in Paris. Speaking to reporters after their meeting, Papandreou said Greece was making sacrifices to uphold its commitments and that he thanked the French leader for his support.
