Megacable Acquires Cable Assets in Three Mexican Cities

Sept. 30 (Bloomberg) -- Megacable Holdings SAB acquired cable-TV networks in the Mexican cities of Uruapan, San Miguel de Allende and Dolores Hidalgo to add 44,000 television subscribers, the company said today in a filing to the nation’s stock exchange.

Megacable didn’t disclose financial terms of the acquisition.
