Kodak Says Company Has No Intention to File for Bankruptcy

Sept. 30 (Bloomberg) -- Eastman Kodak Co. said the company has no intention to file for bankruptcy and is “committed to meeting all” obligations.

“Kodak remains focused on meeting its commitments to customers and suppliers, and on delivering on its strategy to become a profitable, sustainable digital company,” the company said in a statement.
