Sept. 30 (Bloomberg) -- Empresa de Energia de Bogota SA, Colombia’s second-biggest electricity distributor, said its board approved the issuance of 700 billion pesos ($365 million) of shares.
EEB, as the company is known, will sell the shares at 1,300 pesos each, it said in a filing late yesterday. The plan is subject to approval by the financial regulator, according to the statement.
