Deutsche Wohnen Says Wittan to Gradually Succeed CFO Ullrich

Sept. 30 (Bloomberg) -- Deutsche Wohnen AG said that Lars Wittan has been appointed an additional member of the company’s management board for a period of three years as of Oct. 1.

Wittan, 34, has held senior positions within the group since Aug. 1, 2007, according to a statement today. As a member of the Management Board, he will initially be responsible for the Accounting, Tax, Controlling and Risk Management departments.

“It is intended that he will gradually succeed the current Chief Financial Officer, Helmut Ullrich, whose term of office ends on Dec. 31, 2012, ‘’ the company said.
