Cordray Nomination to Lead Consumer Bureau Set for Oct. 6 Review

Sept. 30 (Bloomberg) -- The U.S. Senate Banking Committee will consider the nomination of Richard Cordray to be director of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau on Oct. 6, according to a Senate Democratic aide with knowledge of the panel’s planning.
