Unite Group Says COO John Tonkiss to Leave as Costs Cut

Sept. 29 (Bloomberg) -- UNITE Group Plc said John Tonkiss, Chief Operating Officer, is to leave on Dec. 31.

“UNITE is implementing a series of organisational changes which are expected to result in annual overhead savings of approximately 2.5 million pounds with effect from January 2012,” the company said. “Exceptional implementation costs are expected to be approximately 1.5 million pounds and will be expensed in 2011.”
