Sept. 29 (Bloomberg) -- Thailand’s energy policy committee plans to seek 10 billion baht in loans to finance domestic fuel subsidies, Energy Minister Pichai Naripthaphan said today.

The plan is subject to approval by the National Energy Policy Council, which will meet tomorrow, he said.
