SNB’s Hildebrand Says Sentiment at IMF Meeting Was ‘Gloomy’

Sept. 29 (Bloomberg) -- Swiss central bank President Philipp Hildebrand said the mood was “gloomy” at a meeting of global central bankers in Washington over the weekend. He spoke at an event in Geneva today.
