Sept. 29 (Bloomberg) -- Repsol YPF SA, Spain’s largest oil producer, urged Petroleos Mexicanos to abandon a shareholder agreement with Sacyr Vallehermoso SA, the Madrid-based company said today in an Argentine regulatory filing.
