Colombia’s Echeverry Was ‘Disappointed’ by IMF, World Bank Talks

Sept. 29 (Bloomberg) -- Colombian Finance Minister Juan Carlos Echeverry said he came away “disappointed” from meetings with the International Monetary Fund and World Bank in Washington last week.

The message from the meetings was unclear and “opaque,” Echeverry said during an Economist conference in London today.
