Brazil Sells All LFT and Part of LTN Bills Offered at Auction
Sept. 29 (Bloomberg) -- The Brazilian government sold all of the 150,000 LFT bills and part of the 4.25 million LTN bills offered at an auction today, according to a preliminary statement posted on the Central Bank’s website.
The Brazilian government sold 150,000 LFT notes due 2018 at 100.0161 percent of face value, according to the statement.
The government also sold 750,000 LTN bills maturing in Jan. 2015 to yield 11.4265 percent on average, 3 million LTN bills due Jan. 2014 to yield 11.0886 percent on average and 400,000 LTN bills due Oct. 2012 of 500,000 offered to yield 10.6175 percent on average, the statement said.
