Sept. 28 (Bloomberg) -- Unibail-Rodamco SE plans to sell 500 million euros of bonds due April 2016, according to a banker involved in the transaction.
The notes may be priced to yield about 175 basis points more than the benchmark mid-swap rate, the banker said. Deutsche Bank AG, HSBC Holdings Plc, ING Groep NV, JPMorgan Chase & Co., Lloyds Banking Group Plc and Natixis are managing the sale.
