Sept. 29 (Bloomberg) -- Taiwan will probably leave borrowing costs unchanged today, after a series of five straight quarterly increases.
The central bank will keep the discount rate on 10-day loans to banks at 1.875 percent, according to 14 of the 17 economists in a Bloomberg News survey.
