Philippines Says Recycling Inflows Into Economy Is A ‘Challenge’

Sept. 29 (Bloomberg) -- The Philippines’ “continuing challenge” is to recycle capital inflows into the economy, Transportation and Communications Secretary Mar Roxas said in a speech in Manila today.

The Southeast Asian nation’s budget deficit this year may be less than the program of as much as 300 billion pesos, said Roxas, who is also a senior member of the government’s economic team.
