Sept. 28 (Bloomberg) -- The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission will not oppose the proposed purchase of Foster’s Group Ltd. by SABMiller Plc, saying the acquisition “is not likely to substantially lessen competition in the Australian market for the supply of bulk and packaged beer.”
