Sept. 21 (Bloomberg) -- Bank of America Corp. had its long- term senior debt rating cut to Baa1 from A2 and short-term debt cut to Prime-2 from Prime-1 by Moody’s Investors service.
The long-term deposit ratings of Bank of America NA were downgraded to A2 from Aa3 and its short-term rating was affirmed at Prime-1. The outlook on the long-term ratings remains negative, Moody’s said.
