Cashbuild, Investec: South Africa Stock Preview

Sept. 15 (Bloomberg) -- The following stocks may rise or fall in South Africa. Symbols are in parentheses and prices are from the last close.

The FTSE/JSE Africa All Share Index stock index rose 427.11, or 1.4 percent, to 30,459.82 in Johannesburg.

Cashbuild Ltd. (CSB SJ): The building materials distributor said normalized earnings per share for the year ended June 30 will be as much as 30 percent higher than the previous year. The company reports annual earnings on Sept. 20. Its shares dropped 5 cents, or 0.05 percent, to 94.95 rand.

Investec Ltd. (INL SJ): The specialist bank and money manager holds an investor briefing for the fiscal first-half through Sept. 30. The shares rose 18 cents, or 0.4 percent, to 47.85 rand.
