Sept. 12 (Bloomberg) -- Zeder Investments Ltd. received acceptances from Capespan Group Ltd. shareholders of 2.9 million shares, or about 1 percent of the company’s stock, for its offer of 2.25 rand a share.

Zeder bought another 11.5 percent of Capespan shares in the market, it said in a regulatory filing today.
