U.K. Bank Plan May Cost as Much as 7 Billion Pounds to Implement

Sept. 12 (Bloomberg) -- Plans to strengthen Britain’s consumer banks may cost as much as 7 billion pounds to implement, a government-appointed commission said in a report today.
