Sept. 11 (Bloomberg) -- Volkswagen AG said it’s giving partner Suzuki Motor Corp. “several weeks” to remedy what the German carmaker regards as an infringement of their cooperation agreement of December 2009.

Volkswagen served notice on the infringement, which it said relates to the supply of diesel engines, after a review of the partnership, it said in an e-mailed statement today.
