Apple, DaVita, Parkway Properties: U.S. Equity Preview

Sept. 2 (Bloomberg) -- Shares of the following companies may have unusual moves in U.S. trading Sept. 6. Stock symbols are in parentheses.

Apple Inc. (AAPL US): A July 1 finding that the Mac OS X computer system from the world’s largest technology company violates patents held by S3 Graphics Co. will be reviewed, the U.S. International Trade Commission said.

DaVita Inc. (DVA US): The operator of kidney dialysis centers must sell 29 clinics to get U.S. approval for the company’s bid to buy CDSI I Holding Co., the Federal Trade Commission said.

Parkway Properties Inc. (PKY US): The real estate investment trust said Chief Executive Officer Steven G. Rogers will resign at the end of the year. James R. Heistand, currently executive chairman, will become acting CEO effective Jan. 1.
