Sept. 2 (Bloomberg) -- Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda picked Democratic Party of Japan lawmaker Jun Azumi as Finance Minister, Chief Cabinet Secretary Osamu Fujimura said today in Tokyo. Azumi, 49, was the ruling party’s Diet affairs chief for the lower house of parliament.
