Aug. 31 (Bloomberg) -- South Korea’s industrial production rose 3.8 percent in July from a year earlier, Statistics Korea said today in Gwacheon, south of Seoul. The median estimate of 11 economists surveyed by Bloomberg News was for a 6.2 percent gain. Output fell 0.4 percent from June.
