Yen Weakens Against Dollar, Euro After Moody’s Cuts Japan Rating

Aug. 24 (Bloomberg) -- The yen weakened after Moody’s Investors Service lowered its credit rating on Japan’s government.

The Japanese currency declined to 76.73 per dollar as of 8:06 a.m. in Tokyo, from 76.66 yesterday in New York. The yen was at 110.77 against the euro from 110.70.
