Imperial Crown Trading Offices Raided Amid Anglo Rights Dispute

July 27 (Bloomberg) -- Imperial Crown Trading 289 (Pty) Ltd., which is in a dispute with Anglo American Plc’s Kumba Iron Ore Ltd. unit over prospecting rights, said its offices were raided today by South African investigators.

Offices of the Department of Mineral Resources in Pretoria and Kimberley were also raided by police investigators known as the Hawks, Ronnie Mendelow, a lawyer for ICT, said by mobile phone from Johannesburg. He couldn’t immediately provide more details on the raids.
