ArcelorMittal South Africa Sees Third Quarter Earnings Lower

July 27 (Bloomberg) -- ArcelorMittal South Africa Ltd., a unit of the world’s largest steelmaker, said it expects to report earnings for the third quarter that are “substantially lower” than the previous three months.

The steelmaker commented in a stock exchange statement today.
