Rostowski Sees Polish Budget Gap at 10 Billion Zloty Below Plan

July 22, 2011

July 22 (Bloomberg) -- Poland’s central government budget deficit this year may be 10 billion zloty ($3.62 billion) less than the 40.2 billion-zloty limit for 2011, Finance Minister Jacek Rostowski said today in an interview on Radio Tok FM.

Poland is prepared for any further “turbulence” from the euro area’s debt crisis due to its $30 billion flexible credit line from the International Monetary Fund, Rostowski said.
