July 13 (Bloomberg) -- Swiss stocks rose for the first time in four days, erasing an earlier decline, as Credit Suisse Group AG and UBS AG climbed.

The Swiss Market Index gained 0.3 percent to 6,033.59 at 11:36 a.m. in Zurich.
