European Stocks Extend Losses After China Raises Interest Rates

July 6 (Bloomberg) -- European stocks extended their losses as China’s central bank raised benchmark deposit and lending rates by 25 basis points effective tomorrow.

The Stoxx Europe 600 Index slid 0.4 percent to 274.65 at 11:35 a.m. in London.
