Vipetro Discovers Oil in Onshore Espirito Santo Basin Well

July 3 (Bloomberg) -- Vipetro-Petroleo Ltda. discovered oil in an onshore well in the ES-T-392 block of Brazil’s Espirito Santo Basin.

Vipetro hasn’t yet determined whether the oil in the well known as 1VITA11ES can be developed commercially, according to a posting on the website of Brazil’s National Petroleum Agency. Vipetro owns 100 percent of the block.
