June 29 (Bloomberg) -- TMX Group Inc. and London Stock Exchange Group Plc terminated their merger agreement as the Canadian bourse said it wouldn’t have been able to get enough shareholder support for the deal.

TMX said it will continue to review the offer from the Maple Group consortium.
